01 OUR ORIGIN
During the COVID-19 pandemic there were almost no events. The only one that did, the Dutch National Cycling Championship, ran under the supervision of our event professionals.
During that event we realised a system like Traffic Chart didn't exist. So it was time to build it. It's been live since 2021, with a social mission and free for everyone.
02 OUR EXPERIENCE
Behind the product sits a team with over 16 years of experience in event and traffic management and making plans for events.
Some projects our software powers: European Cyclocross Championships, the Dutch and European Cycling Championships, Pinkpop, Tour of Holland, Tall Ship Races Harlingen, Das Fest, Wacken Open Air (D), Roskilde Festival (DK) and Mesa Arizona (USA).
Our team knows exactly what it takes to run a working events operation: a clear drawing that's easy to make and easy to permit.
Adoption since launch, across the customers running Traffic Chart in production every weekend.

Founder
Started Traffic Chart in 2020 from a real events assignment during the Dutch Cycling Championship in the COVID era. Background in event and traffic management with 16+ years of experience; today runs the company and pushes the product roadmap.
Development
Leads the engineering side of Traffic Chart. Builds the editor, the regulator-correct sign catalogues per country, the review module, and the export pipeline that lands a permit-ready PDF in your council's inbox.
Marketing
Background in user experience design, permanent sparring partner for UX improvements. Runs marketing, growth and communication. Built the site you are reading now, the SEO program across six locales, the ads you keep running into, and is currently building an integrated AI-based support environment.
Country Manager DACH
Country Manager for the DACH region. Talks daily with Kommunen, Kreise and Veranstalter across Germany, brings the RSA + StVO rules into the catalogue, and runs onboarding for German cities and Landkreise.
